Plum Creek actively explores and leases land that contains mineral and construction material reserves throughout our ownership. These reserves include industrial minerals such as titanium, bromine, and kaolin, as well as construction aggregates including sand, gravel, dimension and monumental stone, and landscape rock. Plum Creek works closely with our lessees to evaluate geological opportunities, permitting, zoning, wetlands mitigation and final reclamation efforts.
