At Plum Creek, our natural resources business focuses on realizing the potential value of our extensive property ownership by identifying opportunities that may lie beneath the surface of our land holdings.

We continue to discover and evaluate a range of non-timber natural resources that exist on or below our land, including natural gas, oil, minerals, aggregates and stone. Our Plum Creek specialists, oftentimes teaming with experts in each resource area, work to understand the value of these assets and determine the best strategy for maximizing these values.

Plum Creek staff also review and develop opportunities for communication and transportation rights of way and other land leasing arrangements.
